Services
I take care of the chaos so you can stay creative.
If you’re managing a content team — remote, hybrid, a mix of freelancers and full-timers — and your workflows feel more like guesswork than systems, you’re in the right place.
I help editorial and creative teams build operations that actually work. I look at how your team already operates, figure out where things break down, and design around what’s real — not what looks good on paper.
You choose how deep I go.
Content Operations Packages
These are my core offerings — scoped engagements designed to diagnose what’s broken,
design what works, and hand it off so you can run it.

Add-ons & à la carte
Need something specific without a full engagement? These are available standalone or as additions to any package.
Digital organization.
Structuring your Google Drive, Notion, Asana, Slack — whatever you use — so your team can find what they need without asking for a link.
$125/hour or project-based.
Tool migration.
Moving from Trello → Asana? ClickUp → Notion? I’ll migrate your workflows, templates, and data without the chaos.
$125/hour or project-based.
Design direction.
Art direction for blog graphics, ebooks, social assets, and more. I brief your designer (or one from my brain trust) so you get on-brand visuals without the back-and-forth.
$125/hour or project-based.
Social copy.
Platform-specific copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook — plus specialty work in Quora and Reddit for brands that want to show up where the conversation is.
$125/hour or project-based.
Need the people, too?
I’ve spent years building relationships with freelance creatives I trust. If your content operation has gaps, I can help fill them with talented people.
Content strategists · Writers & editors · Designers & illustrators · Social media specialists · SEO specialists
Not strangers from a marketplace. People I’ve worked with for years.
A note on craft (specifically: AI)
AI is part of how work gets done now, and I’m not here to pretend otherwise. I use it as an assistant — for organization, automation, saving time on the tedious stuff, and fitting it into workflows in ways that actually make sense.
In the right context, it can help shake loose a creative block or rough out a starting point.
But AI isn’t creative, and it isn’t accountable. It’s a tool with real limits, and no algorithm is a substitute for the human brain at its best. I work with teams that still value human writers, human designers, and human judgment where it counts. If that’s you, we’ll get along.
Not sure where you fit?
Whether you need a quick diagnostic, a full system build, or something in between — let’s figure out what your team needs.
